Launch-list data
If you join the launch list, we collect your email address only to send one update when public access opens. The address is sent through our server to our configured form or email provider; the destination is not exposed in the browser. We do not add it to a sales sequence or sell it.
We retain launch-list addresses only as long as needed to send that update and complete the associated deletion check. Before collection is enabled, the selected provider's retention and deletion controls must pass the prelaunch canary. You can request removal at any time by emailing privacy@caraxe.app from the address you want removed.
What we collect
When you use Caraxe, we collect:
- Your email address and account information for authentication.
- Android APK files you upload for analysis, stored in private cloud storage.
- Screenshots captured during review sessions, served only through authenticated routes.
- Review results, findings, and report data generated during analysis.
- Usage data including review counts, feature usage, and billing state.
How we use your data
- To run review sessions and generate reports on your Android apps.
- To provide visual diffs, accessibility checks, and AI-powered analysis.
- To enforce plan quotas and usage limits.
- To send alerts about critical issues found in your apps.
- To improve the product based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
AI processing
Caraxe uses AI vision models to analyze screenshots of your app. Before any screenshot is sent to an AI provider, sensitive UI regions are blurred using a privacy redaction pipeline. See our AI Processing Disclosure for full details.
Data storage and retention
- APK files and screenshots are stored in private cloud storage buckets with row-level security.
- No APK or screenshot is ever served through a public URL.
- During private validation, retention is agreed with each design partner.
- Public plan retention terms and verified cleanup behavior will be published before self-serve access.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- AI model providers for screenshot analysis, with privacy redaction applied first.
- Payment processors for billing.
- Cloud infrastructure providers for storage and database services.
- Form or email delivery providers for the one-time launch update.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account, associated product data, or launch-list address by contacting support or privacy@caraxe.app. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
